Anna wears many hats in our organisation, but the one she wears most is Education Manager, developing innovative programs that are interesting and tailored for the diverse learning needs of our students.
With over 20+ years in education, there aren’t many areas of business that Anna hasn’t been involved in. This has given Anna a unique ability to problem solve the most left–of–field challenges quickly and efficiently. This makes her our knightess in shining armour some days!
When asked about her passion, it’s a no brainer for Anna: enabling all people to have a sense of self-esteem achieved through education, whether it be formal or informal.
Anna’s vast experience distinguishes her amongst her peers with past job roles, including educator, training manager, compliance manager, CEO, instructional designer, and consultant.
Kasey is College Australia’s Business Manager and our “Brains Trust”.
Kasey’s wealth of knowledge stretches to every nook and cranny of the College. Quite frankly, she is the oil that keeps the cogs of the organisation running smoothly.
Kasey’s passion is providing excellence in education, and her mission is supporting students to create successful career pathways. With 10 years of industry knowledge, Kasey teaches a wide variety of business, hospitality, retail, and health qualifications to our cherished students. Her students often comment on her approachability, and we love her slightly dark sense of humour that keeps us entertained.
Our CEO saw something sparkly in Madison and invited her to join the College Australia family. In true College Australia style, Madison was supported to progress her career by transitioning out of hospitality through a traineeship in administration.
Being a go-getter, Madison decided to grow her repertoire of skills and knowledge by completing a qualification in training, and she smashed it. Fast-forward a couple of years and she is now one of our most popular Educators, training high school students in RSA and RSG. But she isn’t stopping there—she’s now enrolled in a university degree in psychology. Madison’s passion is teaching diversity and community units to young people in an environment that not only supports students to communicate openly with her, but also guides them on how to interact with community members. She encourages them to think about who they are and what unique skills they have to offer to positively impact their communities.
Alena is our Recognition of Prior Learning queen, Registered Training Organisation all-rounder, Educator, assessor, and data controller. It’s safe to say she does an award-winning job of steering the operations of our ship to ensure everything stays on course.
As an Educator, hospitality, retail, business, health, and horticulture are Alena’s jam. Her passion shines through in her students’ exceptional results.
What our students have to say:
Before my studies, I was feeling nervous about my career pathway. College Australia helped me strive towards my future goals and make my dreams come true in just a few easy steps. My Educator responded quickly and always when I needed. The online portal was easy to learn through and made completing tasks a breeze!
My studies have provided me with the insight and relevant knowledge to be able to handle specific situations in real life scenarios. I am now highly confident to apply the strategies I have learnt in my career. I like the flexible study options and my Educator was very supportive. I would not hesitate to recommend College Australia as a supportive learning experience.
Thank you for your assistance with my RPL – I really appreciated your encouraging manner when asking questions. Especially when I could not get my thoughts together or my tongue around the right words, but you knew what I wanted to say and prompted me to think it out. I appreciated how seamless the entire process was with College Australia. Thank you again for helping me achieve my Cert III.
I commenced a new position at the height of the Victorian Covid19 lockdown. When looking at professional development options, College Australia’s Graduate Certificate in Management (Learning) course made complete sense. It was self-paced, fit around a busy work schedule and was designed to be delivered online.
I have thoroughly enjoyed this course, which has at all times been extremely relevant to my current role and has already benefited me.
I have learned many new skills which I was immediately able to use at work. I would happily recommend this qualification to others seeking to upskill in training and learning management.
Thank you for your hard work and efforts in helping with starting, working on and completing my Diploma of Hospitality Management. I greatly appreciate the time and energy you have put into my education and learning experience. Thank you for making my experience with College Australia amazing and memorable!
