What can I expect?

Play a pivotal role in the delivery of health services within a food services position in a public or community health setting such as aged care, residential care, or hospital.

This qualification focuses on preparing food in healthcare, infection control, hygienic practice, and workplace health and safety. You’ll build a solid knowledge base for supporting the nutritional needs of those who are compromised due to aging or illness, making a positive impact on their overall wellbeing.

When we receive your application, we will send you an email regarding the pre-enrolment eligibility requirements, including a Language Literacy and Numeracy assessment, Recognition of Prior Learning application and an outline of documentation required for your enrolment to proceed.

Meet your mentor

We will call you to confirm details, discuss eligibility, workplace and assessment requirements and ensure everything is correct.  

This interview forms part of your orientation into your course and will allow you to ask further questions.

You will then be required to make payment.

Once payment is received, we will then send you the Confirmation of Enrolment (COE). This Includes details of your Educator, and your Training Plan outlining the units you are undertaking and due dates.

Commence your studies

You will receive an email with your login details. Remember these details and bookmark the login URL in your browser. Logging in will give you access to your first unit in the online portal.
