What can I expect?

At this level, you will display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing, and monitoring your workload and the workload of others. You will be required to follow your training plan.  This will be discussed and agreed upon at induction. If you do not meet the obligation of the agreed timeframe, other charges may be applicable.  Maximum time frames are subject to volumes of learning and qualifications being superseded.

Further charges may be applied if student obligations are not met in accordance with the agreed timeframes stated in the student training plan, discussed and determined at induction. Maximum time frames are subject to recommended study load and potential nationally authorised changes to qualification criteria

Apply for the course you want with College Australia by completing the quick and easy online Enrolment Form.

When we receive your application, we will send you an email regarding the pre-enrolment eligibility requirements, including a Language Literacy and Numeracy assessment, Recognition of Prior Learning application and an outline of documentation required for your enrolment to proceed.

Meet your mentor

We will call you to confirm details, discuss eligibility, workplace and assessment requirements and ensure everything is correct.

This interview forms part of your orientation into your course and will allow you to ask further questions.

You will then be required to make payment.

Once payment is received, we will then send you the Confirmation of Enrolment (COE). This Includes details of your Educator and your Training Plan outlining the units you are undertaking and due dates.

Commence your studies

You will receive an email with your login details. Remember these details and bookmark the login URL in your browser. Logging in will give you access to your first unit in the online portal.

Debi is one of College Australia’s 5-star Educators. Debi joined us with a wealth of knowledge in business, retail, and hospitality and a whopping 23 years of training experience!

Debi left behind the arid deserts of the US and migrated to Australia in 1985. With her family, she made the sunshine, glitz and glamour of the Gold Coast her home in 1988 and worked with some of the Gold Coast’s biggest hotels.

Debi’s passion lies in supporting her students to learn the skills required to make epic career shifts. She has an intuitive knack for knowing exactly what a student needs when they’re struggling, and loves planting the seed of knowledge and watching it grow into great potential.
